In June 2020, I took part in the Karosta Festival in Liepāja, Latvia, creating a 10-metre-wide, 3-metre-high temporary mural at Redans.
The mural featured a deer surrounded by symbols of nature and war, inspired by the history of the site. I combined Estonian and Latvian colours and traditional patterns, creating a visual connection between the two cultures.
The mural was created as part of the festival celebrating 30 years of restored Latvian independence and is no longer on site.
