Keran Hallit wall painting
spray cans, wall paint and acrylic on wall, 2020
Created in summer 2020 during my Erasmus internship in Kera, Espoo, Finland.
The mural features a wolf adapted from my Hingeloomad pattern collection, where animals are inspired by Estonian symbolism and traditional beliefs. The wolf’s strong, stern gaze follows passers-by as they approach, creating a striking presence within the urban environment.
The wolf also connects the mural to the shared cultural landscape of Estonia and Finland, where the animal holds a strong place in local nature and folklore.
Location: Keran Hallit, Kera, Espoo, Finland
